We aim to process all orders within 24 business hours. You will receive Track & Trace information via email and/or text message upon dispatch.

All shipments are insured.

Please note: We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Customs, duties and VAT fees may apply.

We currently offer deliveries to the countries/regions listed below:

 

Europe

Shipping times to Europe are 8-12 business days. Shipping costs to Europe are $10-$50 depending on volume/weight. Orders above $250 qualify for free shipping. 

 

United States

Shipping times to United States are 8-12 business days. Shipping costs to Europe are $10-$50 depending on volume/weight. Orders above $150 qualify for free shipping to United States.

If you have not received your order within 14 business days after receiving the shipping information, please contact New Breed as soon as possible.
